What is a Guardian Home?
 
A Guardian Home is a permanent home for one of our precious babies.  A guardian home is great opportunity for a family to enjoy a QUALITY Frenchie that would be my top pick Female/Male that I would like to keep in our breeding program. This puppy would be my pick of the litter.....chosen due to Health testing, confirmation and quality.  We believe that every one of our fur-babies deserve to have a forever home with a loving family. All of our dogs are part of our family and treated as such.

A Guardian Home should be a loving home.  A family that would love to spoil and love a Frenchie for the remaining of their lives.  Our puppies are anywhere from 8 weeks old to 5 months old going into their Guardian-forever home.  Basically the Frenchie would live with you in your home.  Southeast Frenchies will retain ALL breeding rights. , .  Once the puppy is old enough to enter our breeding program they will come back to us to be bred.  They may stay with us for a few days and then back to your home.  They will come back to us about a week before they are ready to whelp.  At that time they will stay with us for 5-6 weeks before they are ready to return home.  All of our breeding females retire before or after 3-4 litters (Never bred more than 4 times).  They are then spayed and live the rest of their lives with you.  A Male Frenchie in a guardian home must be available to us when we need him to breed.  This may be once a month, once every few months or several times a week.  When we have a Breeding that needs to be done, we will need the stud as needed, when needed.  Studs are kept active in our breeding program as long as they are healthy and produce healthy babies.

All of my puppies are extremely important to me.  Their Health and well being is my first and foremost priority!  We are very selective on the homes our babies enter into.  Guardianship is a partnership, commitment and friendship.  

Guardian Home Stipulations:
1.  You must live within 45 minutes of Edgewater, FL  (No Exceptions)
2. You must be an animal lover
3.  Puppy must have Health Insurance kept on them while they remain in my breeding program.  The cost of this is $76.00 per month.  This is an 80/20 plan through Healthy Paws.  
4.  There is a $500.00 deposit as a commitment to your forever puppy.  (Half of this deposit will be placed towards a life Insurance policy.  This covers this puppy for 1 yr. God forbid something happens to them.
5.  All puppies must stay on a 4/5 star rated food at all times. We feed Earthborn.  If puppy needs to change food due to any reason, Amy Devin must be notified and approve. ( We can not have our breeding Females/Males on a food that is not a quality food).

Basically you bring a French Bulldog puppy into your loving home without paying $5000-$15000 (which is the cost of my breeding dogs).  Other than keeping monthly Health Insurance on them ($76.00 per month) and after the first year Life Insurance ($250.00 yr)
